How is the Nokia Forum structured globally. What kind of applications does it develop? (The Economic Times)

Basically we have two kinds of platforms for mobile application development — one is Symbian the other is the Java platform. Nokia forum is structured into three different levels. At the ‘launch pad’ level, come the major software developers and content providers.
