Republicans competing for their party’s presidential nomination meet tonight for a debate in which the questions are posed by YouTube video posters. The forum, similar to one for Democrats held Nov. 15, will take place in St. Petersburg, Fla., and will be moderated by anchor Anderson Cooper.
